Failure Analysis Technician

Job Summary

We are recruiting for an opportunity focused on failure analysis support, investigation tracking, and reporting. This position plays an important part in turning field feedback into clear analysis, trend visibility, and coordinated follow-up actions across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate RGA activities through project trackers and project deliverables.
• Analyze incoming field failure reports and complaints from the TrackWise tool.
• Compile RGA analysis reports, create dashboards for trend analysis, and prepare periodic reports for PMS activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and support follow-up System Engineering and Test activities, including triggering MLD and/or PDLM programs as needed.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience.
• Ability to work 8-5 onsite.
• Experience analyzing incoming field failure reports and complaints from the TrackWise tool.
