About the role

The Department of Medicine, Division of Endocrinology and Metabolism at the University of Pittsburgh is seeking an Assistant Professor in the appointment stream to serve as a Longitudinal Educator. This role focuses on helping students learn the core knowledge needed to start their clinical rotations.

Requirements

• Hold an MD
• At least three years of experience at an appropriate academic or professional rank/level
• Demonstrate prior teaching experience with evidence of excellence, such as strong teaching evaluations, awards, or other forms of recognition, and/or have formal training in medical education

Qualifications

• Current active clinical experience is preferred but not required
