Faculty Position, Finance and Business Administration
About the Role
The Business Department at Ave Maria University invites applications for a full-time, open-rank, non-tenured faculty position to start in the 2027-2028 academic year. Preference will be given to candidates with teaching, industry, and research experience. Candidates who have earned a doctoral degree in Finance or a closely related field are preferred. Candidates must be equipped to contribute to the University's Catholic identity and mission and must be authorized to work in the United States for full consideration.
Requirements

- Curriculum Vitae, including a list of publications
- Graduate and undergraduate university transcripts (unofficial transcripts acceptable initially; official transcripts to be furnished upon request)
- Teaching philosophy as it relates to the apostolic constitution Ex Corde Ecclesiae
- Research statement: research in progress and further interests
- Three letters of recommendation
- Optional supporting materials: sample syllabi from courses taught, course evaluations
