Faculty - OBGYN Specialist

Ambulatory care and inpatient care

The selected physician will provide care in outpatient private clinics, supervise resident clinics, and cover community-based clinics. They will also manage inpatient care, including night and weekend shifts covering labor and delivery.

Labor and Delivery

As a member of the Specialist Division, the faculty will provide care on labor and delivery, supervising residents and students and consulting with certified nurse midwives.

Teaching and Mentorship

• Attend and present at student, resident, and fellowship teaching conferences.
• Guide and assist the house staff and students in preparing talks for meetings, writing publications, and conducting/researching projects.

Collaboration and Innovation

Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams, research groups, academic programs, and institutional partners to support patient care, program development, innovation, and scholarly activity.

Professional Development

• Maintain expertise in clinical practice, procedural skills, teaching, and/or research focus.

Required Qualifications

• Board certified or active candidate in obstetrics and gynecology.
• Eligible for Kansas medical license.
