Faculty Adjunct

Responsibilities

• Preparation and delivery of predoctoral, preclinical, didactic and laboratory instruction
• Supervision of patient care in comprehensive care programs
• Teaching associated administrative responsibilities
• Committee membership
• Scholarly activity

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Surgery/Doctor of Medical Dentistry from a CODA-accredited dental school or equivalent
• CPR Certification and Dental License Registration
• Certificate of training from an ADA-accredited AEGD or GPR program or other advanced degrees
• Previous teaching experience
• NYS Dental License

Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities

• General administrative duties
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook
• Interpersonal competency: professionalism, diplomacy, judgement, and discretion
• Demonstrated ability to develop positive and cooperative relationships with students, faculty, and colleagues
• Exceptional analytical problem solving skills, collaboration, and matrix management skills
• Demonstrated proficiency in communication (written and verbal)

Pay

Maximum Salary USD $5,000.00/Sem
Minimum Salary USD $4,000.00/Sem
