About the role
Join our dynamic team at NPC! We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our faculty.
Responsibilities
- Teach assigned courses in accordance with the course syllabus and curriculum guidelines.
- Attend department meetings and participate in faculty development activities.
- Maintain accurate records and submit required reports on time.
- Participate in student advising and career counseling as needed.
Requirements
- A Master’s degree in the relevant field is required.
- At least 3 years of teaching experience at the college level preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications

- Experience with technology integration in the classroom.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS).
