FACT Team Housing Specialist

About the role

This position plays a key role in providing support to FACT Team members and their families. Responsibilities include assisting with housing needs, coordinating with external housing providers, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist FACT Team members with finding and securing suitable housing options.
• Coordinate with external housing providers to ensure availability and affordability.
• Ensure all housing arrangements comply with FACT Team policies and legal requirements.
• Provide ongoing support to address housing-related issues and concerns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience working with housing services or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of local housing resources and regulations.
• Understanding of FACT Team policies and procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
