Facility Technician (HVAC Technician)

Job Description

Support HVAC requests for 3.5M SF in 75 buildings spread across 5 locations in Brevard County. Must be able to operate a company vehicle to travel to all 5 sites in Brevard as needed. Use tracking software to ensure components are accurately installed, tracked, etc. Interface with all levels of the organization to report on HVAC issues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience; OR, 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience
• Valid driver’s License
• Prior or current experience working on HVAC systems

Preferred Additional Skills

• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Experience with Microsoft Suite basic skills
• Experience working with engineering blueprints, process specifications and building layouts
