Facility Technician-Handyman

About the role

The Facility Technician (Handyman/General Helper) is under limited supervision from the Security, Warehousing and Special Project Manager. This position acts on own initiative to perform daily, weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, semi-annual and annual inspections to maintain and track facilities. Other duties may be assigned to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, semi-annual and annual inspections to maintain and track facilities.
• Other duties as may be assigned to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements

• A Valid Class “C” Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.
• General knowledge of Microsoft Software, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Forklift and tractor experience is a plus.
