About the role

Facility Support Specialists are essential members of our team, providing comprehensive support to ensure smooth operations and maintenance of facilities. They are responsible for ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning optimally.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine facility maintenance tasks including cleaning, repairs, and inspections.
• Respond to facility-related emergencies and incidents.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines.
• Document all work performed and report findings to supervisors.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related experience in facility maintenance or similar field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Proficient in using common tools and equipment for facility maintenance.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor.

Pay

Salary range: $20 - $25 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with some evening and weekend shifts required.
