Facility Rehab Director (FRD) - Full-Time

About the role

The Facility Rehab Director (FRD) oversees rehabilitation services at a leading healthcare facility, ensuring patient safety and quality care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department
• Develop and implement rehabilitation programs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements
• Provide clinical supervision to rehabilitation therapists and aides
• Conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations
• Manage budget and resource allocation for the department
• Participate in community outreach and educational initiatives

Requirements

• Masters degree in Physical Therapy or related field
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in state of practice
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in rehabilitation settings
• Experience in managing a multidisciplinary team
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and protocols
