About the role

Lead a multidisciplinary therapy team and oversee daily operations of the therapy department at PREMIER THERAPY’s skilled nursing facilities in Pataskala, Ohio. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the therapy department and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of care.
• Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to therapists, fostering continuous improvement and professional development.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet each patient’s unique needs.
• Monitor and evaluate therapy services using data-driven insights to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of care delivery.
