Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate rehabilitation programs
- Ensure compliance with policies
- Deliver quality patient care
- Staff, patient safety, and collaborate with healthcare teams
- Adhere to schedule requirements, including holiday and weekend shifts
- Manage overtime and incidental shifts per policies
- Ensure timely handoffs during patient events
Qualifications & Skills
- Active Delaware RN or Compact license
- Relevant certifications

- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
