Rehab Director (DOR) - Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate rehab unit operations
• Ensure quality patient care
• Manage staff including RNs and PCTs
• Facilitate documentation and compliance with hospital policies
• Support staff training on rehabilitation-specific procedures and documentation
• Maintain unit standards
• Optimize patient outcomes
• Foster a collaborative team environment

Qualifications & Skills

• Must have BLS certification
• Experience with neurological, cardiac, or orthopedic inpatient populations
• Prior acute rehab experience preferred
• Excellent attention to detail
• Willingness to learn specialty mobilization skills
• Able to be coached
• Familiarity with Meditech documentation system and medical-surgical procedures advantageous
