The user wants me to reformat a job posting into clean, well-structured semantic HTML. Let me analyze the content and structure it according to the rules. First, I need to identify the sections: - Duties (listed as "Duties" with bullet points) - Requirements (Conditions of employment) - Qualifications (Who May Apply, Specialized Experience for GS-7 and GS-9, Education, Time in Grade Requirement, Foreign Education) - Additional information (various notes) The rules: - Use

for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule) - Use
  • for lists - Use

for prose - Do NOT repeat job title as heading - Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings - Preserve ALL substantive information - Remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions) - Include section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it - Never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") - Never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them - Prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones - Output ONLY HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences Looking at the content: 1. Duties: There's a list of duties. This maps to "Responsibilities" section. 2. Requirements: Conditions of employment (suitability/fitness determination, valid driver's license). This maps to "Requirements". 3. Qualifications: Who May Apply (list of eligibility categories), Specialized Experience for GS-7 and GS-9, Education, Time in Grade Requirement, Foreign Education. This maps to "Qualifications". 4. Additional information: Various notes about Selective Service, citizenship, probationary period, direct deposit, DoD referral system, reemployed annuitant, career program, multiple positions, salary includes locality pay, PCS not authorized, relocation/recruitment incentive may be authorized, reasonable accommodation, USA Hire assessments, commitment to government ideals, benefits package. Some of this is boilerplate (EEO, benefits generic). Need to filter. The posting mentions "Salary includes applicable locality pay or Local Market Supplement." That's pay information. Also "Payment of Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs is not authorized" and "Relocation/Recruitment Incentive MAY BE authorized". That's schedule/benefits? Might be considered "Pay" or "Benefits". But the rule says never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state salary includes locality pay, and relocation incentive may be authorized. That's specific. However, the benefits package description is generic boilerplate ("A career with the U.S. government provides employees with a comprehensive benefits package..."). That's generic, not specific. So maybe include a "Pay" section with the salary note and relocation incentive. But the rule says "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state salary includes locality pay. That's a pay detail. Also "Relocation/Recruitment Incentive MAY BE authorized". That's a benefit/incentive. Could be under "Benefits". But the generic benefits description is boilerplate. I'll include a "Pay" section with the specific pay details, and maybe a "Benefits" section only if there are specific benefits mentioned. The posting says "Eligibility for benefits depends on the type of position you hold and whether your position is full-time, part-time or intermittent. Contact the hiring agency for more information on the specific benefits offered." That's generic. So I'll not create a Benefits section. Also "Schedule" not mentioned. Now, structure: - Responsibilities (from Duties) - Requirements (Conditions of employment) - Qualifications (Who May Apply, Specialized Experience GS-7, Specialized Experience GS-9, Education, Time in Grade Requirement, Foreign Education) - Pay (salary includes locality pay, PCS not authorized, relocation/recruitment incentive may be authorized) - Additional Information (other notes: selective service, citizenship, probationary period, direct deposit, DoD referral, reemployed annuitant, career program, multiple positions, reasonable accommodation, USA Hire assessments, commitment statement) But the rule: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe combine some. Let's map headings to allowed ones: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Pay. Could also have "About the role" but not needed. Now, need to output HTML fragment. I'll write:
