About the team

The Facility Operations Center (FOC) is a singular support team which proactively monitor the life-safety systems and the infrastructure equipment alarms (e.g., chillers, temperature sensors, generators, UPSs, switchgear, breakers, PDUs, and ATSs) that provides power and cooling to the platform 24x7x365. We support Data Center Engineer Operations teams who are responsible for the operation of infrastructure equipment. Our role is to ensure that critical alarms are properly Responded to, Acknowledged, Investigated, and Dispatched (RAID). Additionally, the FOC serves as a communications hub during both standard and emergency operations.

Basic qualifications

• 2+ years of technical support experience, or Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
• Experience documenting technical customer issues and 1+ years of customer facing IT role or physical security systems/infrastructure work experience
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph

Preferred qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
• 3+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
• 3+ years of customer service experience

Pay

• Base salary range: 37.00 - 65.00 USD hourly
• Sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs)
• Final compensation determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location
