Facility Maintenance Supervisor
Full-time, non-time-limited position with one vacancy in the Facilities Management department.
About the Organization
The Division of Facilities Management designs, constructs, maintains, and operates the physical facilities of the University. Its primary objective is to provide and maintain facilities that enhance and support the University’s mission and academic goals, with a focus on superior customer service.
About the Role
The Night Shift Maintenance Supervisor plans, coordinates, supervises, and evaluates all night shift maintenance operations for university academic, residential, administrative, and support facilities. This role provides direct supervision of skilled trades personnel performing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, building maintenance, carpentry, locksmith, painting, and general maintenance activities. The position ensures facilities remain safe, functional, and operational by performing planned maintenance, emergency repairs, preventive maintenance, and after-hours customer service while minimizing disruptions to campus operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency and two (2) years of experience in assigned trade(s); or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record, preferably five or more years of driving experience with no more than one minor at-fault accident or violation in the past three years.

Preferred Qualifications
- Ten (10) or more years of facilities maintenance experience.
- Experience in higher education facilities operations.
- Experience using WebTMA or similar CMMS software.
- Knowledge of APPA facilities maintenance standards.
- OSHA 30-Hour Certification.
- Trade licenses or certifications in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, or Mechanical Systems.
- Supervisory leadership training or equivalent management experience.
Pay
$55,448.00 - $61,609.00
