Facility Lead

About the role

The Facility Lead plays a key role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for every guest and employee. This position is hands-on, fast-paced, and essential to the heartbeat of the Kroc Center.

Responsibilities

• Daily housekeeping management
• Scheduling and training of custodial and building services staff
• Event setup and teardown
• Minor maintenance tasks
• Outdoor upkeep

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years custodial experience
• First Aid, CPR, and AED Certification
• Valid Wisconsin Driver’s license

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to understand and follow instructions
• Ability to interact with co-workers, officers, and the public
• Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds
• Ability to work in a team setting
• Ability to problem solve

• Computer skills

• Material Safety Data Sheets
• Emergency action plan

Pay

$18-$20/hour

Schedule

Full-time (40 hours/week)

Works early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Part of weekend opening rotation
