Facility Host

Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet visitors in warm friendly manner
• Inform guests of policies, and areas available for their enjoyment
• Maintain communication with management
• Answer general information questions
• Answer questions about activities at the brewery
• Aid in keeping the grounds neat and tidy
• Support the collection and disposal of litter
• Maintain clean equipment
• Aid servers and/or front of the house lead when necessary
• Monitor guests for safe behavior and communicate with parents as needed

Knowledge, Experience and Abilities Required

• Ability to work as a team
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under high pressure situations
• Ability to work at a fast pace
• Must be able to work flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends
• Good oral communication skills
• Work with integrity, enthusiasm and possess good work ethics

Physical Requirements

• Requires standing for extended periods
• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds or more
• Repetitive Bending including bending, stooping, and twisting
