Facility Check-In Worker
Position Summary
Provide admittance and information while interacting with students, staff, and the Johnson County Community College (JCCC) Community at the athletic fieldhouse.
Required Qualifications
- Entry-level support role.
- Performs routine tasks as directed and under close supervision.
- Requires High School Diploma and little to no related experience.
- Requires current CPR and AED certification.
Position Details
- Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Ensure proper check-in and check-out of athletic fieldhouse visitors.
- Provide assistance with fitness equipment settings and check-in and check-out procedures.
- Aid in maintaining the cleanliness of the facility per current policies.
- Enforce all athletic fieldhouse policies and procedures in a consistent manner.
- Ensure safety and injury prevention measures are followed by guests.
- Receive incoming phone calls, answer in-person guest questions, and respond to emails regarding the athletic fieldhouse.
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as filing or updating guests' current contact information.
- Other duties as assigned.
