Responsibilities
- Structure, paint, windows, doors, HVAC, electrical, janitorial and fuel management systems
- Maintaining and documenting regular preventive maintenance / repairs of the facility
- Managing and documenting efforts on a computer based system
- Helping with shelter maintenance (diagnostic head signs, lights, and others) as needed
Qualifications
- High School diploma
- California Driver License
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience managing large facilities
- Willingness and ability to work varied shifts, weekends & holidays as needed/assigned
- Proficiency in using facility diagnostic equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Familiarity with company policies and procedures
- Excellent organization and attention to detail skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Pay
Starting pay rate: $21/hour
