Facility Attendant

Part-time position located in Logan, Utah within the Parks & Recreation department. FLSA status: Non-Exempt.

Pay

$12.00 - $15.00 hourly

Responsibilities

• Open and close the Community Recreation Center/Carol & Jim Laub Plaza for daily operations under general supervision.
• Promote, oversee, and perform tasks related to the Community Recreation Center/Plaza, including:
  • Customer service and answering phones
  • Scheduling facilities and registering participants/memberships
  • Office/clerical tasks and routine cleaning
• Enforce facility rules and regulations while ensuring compliance with all department policies and procedures.
• Participate in staff trainings and meetings as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned or directed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to effectively meet and deal with the public, and communicate verbally and in writing.
• Some training required.
• Must be able to work variable hours, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights, and weekends, as determined weekly.
