About the Role

As a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) at DaVita, you’ll be part of a team that values work-life balance and prioritizes your personal and professional growth. You will directly impact patient care as the trusted front-line leader in an outpatient clinic setting. Health care experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional clinical team (census dependent on state laws) to deliver the best for patients, teammates, and the community.
• Manage the complete operation and performance of the clinic: adhere to budget, forecast expenses, manage vendor relationships, order supplies, and monitor compliance.
• Partner with the Regional Operations Director to identify and address employee and patient concerns to drive regional goals and standards.
• Foster a positive team environment where teammates appreciate, support, and rely on each other.
• Engage in clinical goal-setting and quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve patient health.
• Utilize autonomy to run the clinic while receiving support and guidance from your director, regional peers, and the broader company.

Requirements

• Associates degree preferred, unless required by state or local laws; Bachelor's degree in a related area strongly preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience (nurse, dietitian, social worker, LPN, etc.).
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by the state of employment.
• Current CPR certification required (or certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire or change in position).
• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with clinical and financial teams daily to align results with business needs.

Other qualifications and combinations of skills may be considered at the discretion of the Regional Operations Director and/or Divisional Vice President.

Pay

The salary range for this role is $90,500 - $142,000 per year. Compensation depends on qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience. Location-specific minimum wage details can be found at DaVita.jobs/WageRates.
