About the Role
As a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) at DaVita, you’ll be part of a team that values work-life balance and prioritizes your personal and professional growth. You will directly impact patient care as the trusted front-line leader in an outpatient clinic setting. Health care experience is not required.

- Lead, develop, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional clinical team (census dependent on state laws) to deliver the best for patients, teammates, and the community.
- Manage the complete operation and performance of the clinic: adhere to budget, forecast expenses, manage vendor relationships, order supplies, and monitor compliance.
- Autonomy to run your clinic with support and guidance from your director, regional peers, and the broader company.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and entrepreneurship, with values embedded in everything we do.
- Partner with the Regional Operations Director to address employee and patient concerns, driving toward regional goals and standards.

Requirements
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in a related area strongly preferred.
- Minimum of one year of experience in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience (nurse, dietitian, social worker, LPN, etc.) at the discretion of the Divisional Vice President (DVP) and/or Regional Operations Director (ROD).
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by the state of employment.
- Current CPR certification required (or must be obtained within 60 days of hire or change in position).
- Other qualifications and combinations of skills may be considered at the discretion of the ROD and/or DVP.
- Strong collaboration skills to work daily with clinical and financial teams to produce results aligned with business needs.
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Pay
The salary range for this role is $91,000 - $144,000 per year. Compensation depends on qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience. DaVita offers a competitive total rewards package, including healthcare coverage and a broad range of benefits.
