About the role
As a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) at DaVita, you’ll be part of a team that values work-life balance and where your personal and professional growth is a top priority. You will directly impact patient care as the trusted front-line leader in an outpatient clinic setting. Health care experience is not required!
You will be available when the clinic is open and lead a cross-functional clinical team (census dependent on state laws). You will manage the complete operation and performance of the clinic, including financial management, budget adherence, expense forecasting, vendor relationships, supply ordering, and compliance monitoring. This role offers autonomy with support and guidance from your director, regional peers, and the greater company.

Responsibilities
- Build relationships with patients while improving their health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives.
- Lead, develop, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional clinical team to deliver the best for patients, teammates, and the community.
- Manage the complete operation and financial performance of the clinic: adhere to budget, forecast expenses, manage vendor relationships, order supplies, and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with clinical and financial teams daily to produce results aligned with business needs.
- Identify and address employee and patient concerns in partnership with the Regional Operations Director.
Requirements
- Associates degree preferred, unless required by state or local laws; Bachelor's degree in a related area strongly preferred.
- Minimum of one year of experience in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience (e.g., nurse, dietitian, social worker, LPN) at the discretion of the Divisional Vice President and/or Regional Operations Director.
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by the state of employment.
- Current CPR certification required (or must be obtained within 60 days of hire or change in position).
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Collaboration skills to work effectively with clinical and financial teams.
Other qualifications and combinations of skills may be considered at the discretion of the Regional Operations Director and/or Divisional Vice President.

Pay
