Responsibilities

• Build relationships with patients and continuously improve their health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives.
• Lead, mentor and inspire a cross‑functional clinical team (size dependent on state census laws) to deliver the best care for patients, teammates and the community.
• Manage the complete operation and performance of the clinic: adhere to budget, forecast expenses, manage vendor relationships, order supplies, and monitor compliance.
• Partner with the Regional Operations Director to identify and address employee and patient concerns, driving toward regional goals and standards.
• Enjoy autonomy to run your clinic while receiving support and guidance from your director, regional peers and the broader company.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree preferred (unless state/local law requires otherwise); Bachelor’s degree in a related area strongly preferred
