About the Role

This position is responsible for maintaining Club building operations as directed and providing the highest level of service to members. All associates are expected to deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality while demonstrating a positive and professional attitude. The role is based at the Arena Sports, Issaquah location.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and apply the company's standard operating procedures.
  • Perform daily custodial duties and preventive maintenance of the building and systems, including:
    • Pool vacuuming and testing, adjusting pool water chemicals (if applicable).
    • Arcade repair and testing (if applicable).
    • Indoor soccer turf repair and maintenance (if applicable).
    • Plumbing, light electrical, and painting.
  • Restock supplies, replenish inventory, and products.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
  • Greet members and guests throughout the property.
  • Understand and anticipate the needs of the property and its members.
  • Be attentive, listen carefully to members, and follow through on requests.
  • Follow up as required and communicate in a timely manner.
  • Actively participate in events, programs, meetings, and training.
  • Represent the club professionally through image, dress, communication, and immediate follow-through.

Requirements

  • Minimum three (3) years of building operations experience.
  • Professional, friendly manner with excellent customer service attitude and abilities.
  • Strong verbal communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Enthusiastic, responsible, and dependable team player.
  • Self-motivated, takes initiative, and willing to acquire new skills.
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented with high cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

  • Ability to read, understand, analyze, and interpret training manuals, professional journals, or technical procedures.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from children, managers, associates, members, and the general public.
  • Ability to identify problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to interpret technical instructions and deal with abstract and concrete variables.

  • Regularly required to sit, stand, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
  • Occasionally required to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and taste or smell.
  • Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus.
  • Moderate noise level in the work environment.

Schedule varies and may require weekend, holiday, day, and evening hours.

Pay

Estimated base pay range: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour.
