Facilities Technician

About the role

This position supports the Engineering and Operations Manager in maintaining and repairing all building systems and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and repair boilers, heaters, pumps, valves, and associated lines.
• Maintain and repair refrigerant systems, air conditioning, and water distribution systems.
• Oversee and delegate tasks to technicians and contractors as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, boiler, heating, refrigeration, water, and energy systems.
• Coordinate and complete all work requests and follow up on completion.

Requirements

• Experience as a lead or staff management.
• Strong experience in HVAC systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Graduate of an apprentice program or trade school preferred.
• 10-15+ years of related work experience in industrial/commercial property settings.
• Universal Technician for CFC's certification (depending on market licensure requirements).
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Pay

$36.55 - $43.00 per hour.

Schedule

Regular shifts with potential for overtime and on-call duties.
