Job Summary
Lake Highland’s Facilities department seeks a Facilities Technician AM Supervisor to direct daily workflow, monitor work quality and service standards, respond to campus maintenance needs, and communicate operational updates to Facilities leadership.
Responsibilities
- Directs daily workflow and monitors work quality and service standards
- Responds to campus maintenance needs
- Communicates operational updates to Facilities leadership
- Supports preventive maintenance efforts
- Maintains safety compliance and campus readiness
- Operates within established procedures and budget guidelines
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Technical training or coursework in facilities maintenance, building systems, or related field preferred
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in facilities maintenance, building operations, or related field required
- Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory or lead experience overseeing maintenance or facilities personnel required
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage workflow, and maintain accountability in a service-oriented environment is required
- Working knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance
- Proficiency with work order and preventive maintenance systems (CMMS) required
- Valid Florida driver’s license and ability to be insured under the school’s vehicle policy are required
