We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO etc. Also we removed "Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable..." etc. That's maybe part of About the role but could be considered fluff. However we could incorporate a sentence about culture: "Providence caregivers are valued as invaluable team members in a patient‑focused, whole‑person care environment." That's not boilerplate; it's specific to the posting. Could include. But we must not repeat job title as heading. Already not. Check for any duplicated lines: we removed "See policy for additional information." etc. Check for any mention of "Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates..." we captured in Pay. Check for any mention of "Applicants in the Unincorporated County of Los Angeles..." that's EEO/scrap; we removed. Check for "Providence is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer..." removed. Check for "Requsition ID: 458113 Company: Providence Jobs Job Category: Facilities Management Job Function: Facilities Job Schedule: Full time Job Shift: Evening Career Track: Technical/Skilled Support Department: 5008 PNMC PLANT OPS Address: OR Newberg 1001 Providence Dr Work Location: Providence Newberg Medical Ctr-Newberg Workplace Type: On-site Pay Range: $26.79 - $40.99" We used schedule and pay; we removed the rest. Now ensure we didn't invent info. All content derived. Check for any mention of "Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role." we included. Check for "Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving." included. Check for "Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request." included. Check for "4 years' experience working with building systems and equipment, preferably in a healthcare setting, e.g. HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, nurse call systems, electrical systems and cabling, fire sprinklers and alarms, security systems, refrigeration equipment; or Exhibits a working knowledge comparable to this experience." we included as requirement. Check for "Preferred Qualifications Associate's Degree in Facilities Maintenance Technology or 4 years work experience, preferably in a healthcare setting." we included as qualification (Associate's Degree or equivalent experience). Actually we listed Associate's Degree as preferred; we also have experience already in requirements; but we can keep. Check for "Upon hire: EPA 608 Universal Refrigeration Technician certification." etc included. Check for "Upon hire: ASSE 6040 Medical Gas Maintenance certification." included. Check for "Upon hire: OHA Backflow Assembly Tester certification." included. Check for "Upon hire: Oregon Boiler License – Class 2 or higher." included. Check for "Why Join Providence? Our best-in-class benefits are uniquely designed to support you and your family in staying well, growing professionally, and achieving financial security." we captured in Benefits. Check for "About Providence At Providence, our strength lies in Our Promise of “Know me, care for me, ease my way.” Working at our family of organizations means that regardless of your role, we’ll walk alongside you in your career, supporting you so you can support others. We provide best-in-class benefits and we foster an inclusive workplace where diversity is valued, and everyone is essential, heard and respected. As a comprehensive health care organization, we are serving more people, advancing best practices and continuing our more than 100-year tradition of serving the poor and vulnerable." This is more company overview; we didn't include. Could be considered boilerplate? It's descriptive but not required. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. This is not exactly those categories; it's more about the company. However we might consider it as part of About the role? But we already have About the role focusing on the job. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could omit the lengthy company overview to keep sections thin. It's okay to omit as not
