About the role
Oversees the physical and digital operations of mission-critical IT facilities to ensure 24/7 uptime.
Responsibilities
- Manage infrastructure operations such as servers, storage, and network hardware
- Monitor power, cooling, and physical plant health
- Maintain high availability through incident response, disaster recovery planning, and SLA adherence
- Supervise and mentor staff
- Coordinate with vendors
- Manage budgets
- Ensure compliance and security
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field
- 5–10 years of data center or facilities leadership experience
- Strong technical knowledge of MEP infrastructure and DCIM tools
