Facilities Supervisor (On-Site Supervisor) (C) - DLA

About the role

Provides on-site supervision of electrical operations, maintenance, inspections, repairs, and contractor personnel supporting the Building Control Systems task order. Applicant shall be available during core work hours as established by the Government customer.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day field operations and contractor personnel.
• Direct installation, operation, maintenance, and repair activities.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure quality workmanship.
• Monitor compliance with safety, technical, and contract requirements.
• Support emergency response and operational continuity.
• Coordinate work schedules and report project status.
• Ensure required documentation, certifications, and inspections are completed.

Requirements

• Licensed Master Electrician or equivalent master-level electrical knowledge.
• Minimum 10 years of electrical experience.
• Minimum 5 years (within the past 10 years) as an electrical foreman.
• Experience with high/low voltage systems, generators, UPS, switchboards, and tie breakers.
• Ability to obtain/maintain required security clearance.
