Facilities Services Lead
About the Role
You will oversee the operation of the Facilities Department to ensure the highest degree of repair throughout the facility. This role involves organizing and assigning responsibilities for department functions necessary to maintain a safe environment for patients, guests, and associates in a supportive, team-oriented setting with resources to help you flourish.
Responsibilities
- Plan and maintain an effective Facilities Services organization.
- Oversee daily operations of the Facilities Department to ensure optimal repair and maintenance.
- Organize and assign responsibilities for department functions to maintain safety and compliance.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. (required).
- 1 to 2 years of related experience (preferred).

Founded in 1976, Holy Cross Hospital - Davis is a 220-bed hospital serving northern Utah. The facility offers a broad range of services, advanced medical technology, and a patient-centered experience. A new 16,000-square-foot Weber Campus in Roy provides emergency care, radiology, mammography, and 24/7 laboratory services for communities west of I-15. The location offers quick access to Ogden, Salt Lake City, Hill Air Force Base, and outdoor activities like hiking, biking, and Antelope Island State Park.
Pay
$23.11 - $35.90 per hour.
