Facilities Scheduler- Classification A (12 month)
Position Summary
With the focus to support and advance the Edina Public Schools' mission, vision and core values, the Facilities Scheduler, under the guidance of the Supervisor of School Aged Care, Operations and Facilities, supports the school district by accurately scheduling facilities for all events throughout the district. The Facilities Scheduler collaborates with staff, community groups, and external organizations to coordinate facility use and promote positive customer service experiences.
Education And Experience Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED, and a minimum of 1 year of related experience is required.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: The wage for this position ranges from $26.92 to $35.18 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Most candidates will start at the entry-level rate of $26.92 per hour. However, experienced candidates with prior work experience in a related field may be eligible for a starting rate of up to $31.77 per hour. These decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis, in consideration of the individual's experience and the school district's budget.
