About the role
Biz Voice Boost Inc. is adding a Workforce Scheduler whose work will make coverage reliability easier to trust across customer communication, contact-center support, outreach, quality, workforce, communications, and service operations. This role focuses on workforce scheduling within contact-center service support, ensuring every handoff shows what is complete, what is pending, and who owns the next step.
Responsibilities
- Review the Workforce Scheduler workflow to flag coverage gaps before they affect service.
- Maintain the Workforce Scheduler workflow by documenting schedule changes and ownership.
- Track the Workforce Scheduler workflow by preparing workforce status reporting.
- Own the Workforce Scheduler workflow by maintaining current schedules and coverage records.
- Coordinate the Workforce Scheduler workflow by analyzing workload against available capacity.
Quality is visible when coverage reliability is accurate enough for others to act on and unresolved items are documented rather than guessed.
Qualifications
- Use staffing coordination and data accuracy confidently in workforce scheduling.
- Apply documentation skills without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.

Pay
Base salary: $44,000–$66,000 per year.
