Responsibilities
- Oversee the coordination of building space allocation and layout, communication services and facilities.
- Plan budgets and schedule facility upgrades as needed.
- Cook up construction and installation processes.
- Meet with trades vendors and landlords to organize all construction projects.
- Manage equipment receipt and installation.
- Responsible for preventative maintenance of facility equipment, including HVAC.
- Responsible for the communications functionality in all locations.
- Interact with area maintenance technicians in multiple states.
- Ensure adherence of staff members to all Zoom Tan policies and procedures.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Attend all assigned meetings.
Requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Prior experience with retail, foods, or fitness locations preferred.
- 57 Years Facilities Management experience with multiple locations (50+ preferred).
Qualifications
- Experience with supervision and direction of maintenance trades.
- Knowledge of building codes.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Computer proficiency.
