Facilities Manager* with Marine Logisitic experience needed Georgia

Responsibilities

• Develops and monitors assigned department budget and risk management efforts directly supporting infrastructure goals and projects.
• Works closely with the Facility Officer to prioritize tasks, which may include receiving, distributing, or shipping of materials, property management, and barcoding.
• Covers and supports projects, tasks, and emergencies both on and off-site.
• Provides technical assistance in engineering and scientific research, development, testing, and related activities.
• Accurately completes paperwork or system transactions applicable to function, such as documentation of material movement (i.e., Receipt, Shop Order, and Packing Lists).

Requirements

• Have a bachelor’s degree with five years’ experience in management/supervision, or an associates degree and at least 10 years’ experience in management/supervision.
• Must be knowledgeable of computerized management scheduling and maintenance management software.
• Specialized experience in government and industrial security and facilities administration, including experience in team lead capacity.
• Must possess strategic planning skills and have a thorough understanding of internal & external compliance policies.
