Facilities Manager - OR

About the role

The Facilities Manager at RISE is responsible for overseeing facility maintenance across multiple states, including Arizona, Oregon, Utah, and other locations. RISE is a human services network that provides a wide range of services including residential, day programs, employment assistance, managed care, home and community-based services, foster care, and more.

Responsibilities

• Manage the company's Facility Maintenance Portal
• Perform project management on special projects and miscellaneous assignments
• Compose agreements with vendors and suppliers for various services
• Hire or contract for services such as security, maintenance, and grounds keeping personnel
• Manage bookkeeping functions, including crediting client accounts for receipts and disbursing payments
• Arrange and supervise alterations, maintenance, upkeep, or reconditioning of property
• Purchase supplies and equipment for leased properties
• Inspect properties annually or as assigned
• Interpret work order requests and ensure timely resolutions
• Manage vendor network and procure new vendors as needed
• Communicate anomalies and property issues to senior team members
• Support and be on call for after-hours service requests and weekend support

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of related experience or a combination of education and experience in project management
• Associate’s degree in business or related field, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous knowledge and experience working with multi-state commercial and/or residential properties
• Demonstrated construction experience and understanding of the construction industry
• Proven administrative and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good numeracy and ability to plan and manage priorities
• Ability to respond quickly, effectively, and flexibly
