About the role
This role is open to cover a leave and may be extended through 12/31, with a potential to convert to a full-time position.
The successful candidate will work onsite at the Midland location, Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, with possible after-hours availability.
Responsibilities
- Facility operations for client sites, including occasional travel up to 290 miles round trip
- Complete oversight of all facility operations
- Vendor contract management
- HSE, fire, and light safety
Requirements
- Leadership qualities
- Facility Management background
- Knowledge of standard MEP and Fire Safety
- Experience managing direct reports
- 3-5 years of experience
- Basic computer skills
Team Overview
The team consists of 5 individuals, including 3 engineers/mobile technicians, a Facility Coordinator, and a Receptionist.
Qualifications
The right experience is more important than education, but the ideal candidate will have a combination of relevant experience and basic computer skills.
