About the role
The Facilities Manager III is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operations of all facilities within the organization. This includes managing a team of facility technicians, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations, and implementing energy-saving measures.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of all facilities, including cleaning, repairs, and upgrades.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in facility management or a closely related field.
- Proven ability to manage teams and lead complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

$80,000 - $90,000 annually.
Schedule
