Facilities Manager - Full Time

We are currently seeking an experienced Facilities Manager for one of our Boulder, CO communities.

Responsibilities

• Perform services on behalf of the Homeowner Association.
• Perform light electrical, plumbing and general maintenance.
• Partner with other Hammersmith properties for on‑call responsibilities.
• Manage the Preventative Maintenance plans for all of the Association Building Systems.
• Serve as the first point of contact for all vendors servicing the property.
• Work in cooperation with the General Manager in the day‑to‑day operations of the Homeowner’s Association.
• Maintain pool system and hot tub system.
• Direct staff in grounds keeping and cleaning of building interiors.
• Interact with community members.
• Handle on‑call responsibilities.
• Meet with and direct contractors.
• Obtain requests for proposals.
• Order and maintain supplies.
• Attend monthly meetings as part of the Management Team.
• Understand building components and how they work, including boilers, HVAC, electrical, elevators, electronic equipment, fire alarms, security systems, lighting systems, entry systems, fire suppression systems.
