About the role
Based at our Home Office in Flower Mound, TX, our Facilities Manager is the heartbeat of our physical spaces. You'll lead the charge in planning and executing initiatives that keep our business running smoothly, our infrastructure in top shape, and our daily operations humming across all our sites. We're looking for a highly organized, local problem-solver who loves juggling projects, building great relationships with vendors, and making sure everything is up to code—all while keeping the lines of communication wide open.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all maintenance and repairs, ensuring locations are safe, functional, and well-maintained for team members and clients
- Stay on top of safety standards and building codes to ensure all properties are fully protected and up to date
- Serve as the main point of contact for external vendors, negotiating agreements and coordinating with contractors from the Home Office
- Analyze maintenance request workflows and design better, simpler processes to improve efficiency
- Act as project lead for internal facility management software rollouts, asset tracking database maintenance, and technical platform updates to ensure adoption and data integrity
- Utilize enterprise management platforms to align third-party technicians, internal staff, and emergency repair dispatch metrics with broader business demands
- Review quality metrics and maintenance spending weekly to track performance
- Host regular meetings between leadership and clinics to resolve bottlenecks and maintain communication
- Learn the business operations to support scheduling and operations teams during peak periods
Qualifications
- Local to or within easy commute of our Home Office in Flower Mound, TX
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but relevant experience in business, operations, or facilities management also considered
- 3–5+ years of experience managing maintenance and vendors across multiple sites, preferably from a central office setting
- Strong communication skills with ability to interact effectively with contractors, executives, and all levels of staff
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
- Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, growing company environment
