Facilities Manager

Safety

At TJX Companies, safety is paramount. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in fostering a safe and secure environment.

Responsibilities

• Support a 24-hour operation with over 1,000 employees in a 1.3 million square foot facility.
• Lead and develop a maintenance team of 30-35 associates across multiple shifts.
• Establish efficiency goals and safety procedures for all equipment.
• Supervise daily maintenance activities and collaborate with the Operations team to address immediate and future needs.
• Prioritize and schedule workload to meet safety and production requirements.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships, ensuring timely and quality work.
• Source and order necessary parts and equipment.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience leading a team of mechanics or maintenance professionals.
• Solid understanding of building codes, trade standards, and general maintenance practices.
• General knowledge of electricity, mechanical, construction, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.

Salary Range

The starting salary range for this position is $95,800.00 to $122,100.00 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.

Compensation

This position is eligible for an annual incentive as well as long-term incentives.
