Facilities Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee all building-related activities at Star Cinema Grill.

Responsibilities

• Preserve the good condition of infrastructure and ensure facilities are safe and well functioning.
• Optimize the use of space and equipment while reducing operating costs.
• Repair, maintain, and manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.

Requirements

• Required: HVAC and refrigeration experience.
• Desired: Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices.
• Desired: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Desired: Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Desired: Good analytical/critical thinking skills.
• Desired: Relevant professional qualification (e.g. CFM).
