Responsibilities
- Conduct facility assessments.
- Aid in the development of a Master plan for building infrastructure improvement.
- Provide administrative and technical support for all major projects.
- Ensure a safe, comfortable environment of care for patients, visitors, physicians, and staff.
- Recommend projects or programs to enhance the environment of care.
- Affirm compliance with building codes and safety and health requirements including BOCA, Joint Commission, OSHA, and the Board of Health.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of hospital experience in a comparable position.
- ASCHE certification is desired.
- Knowledge of governing codes such as NFPA, OSHA, BOCA, Joint Commission, etc.
- Valid and in good standing driver’s license issued by the state of New Jersey preferred due to the possibility of driving a facility vehicle to various locations.
Pay
- Salary Range: $119,283.00 - $190,791.00 USD
