Facilities Manager

About the role

We are looking for caring knowledgeable people to join our expanding team.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 support to individuals experiencing domestic violence
• Assist in connecting clients with necessary resources and services
• Conduct intake assessments and provide initial crisis intervention
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to agency policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Experience working with individuals who have experienced domestic violence
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation (if applicable)

Qualifications

• Pass a background check
• Pass a drug screening
• Pass a criminal history check

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

$20 - $25 per hour based on experience
