Facilities Manager

About the role

Maintain and repair equipment and facilities to ensure optimal operation and safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks to ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
• Respond to emergency repairs and perform routine maintenance checks.
• Document all work performed and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement cost-saving measures.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in maintenance or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using common tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
