About the role
Maintain and repair equipment and facilities to ensure optimal operation and safety.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily maintenance tasks to ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
- Respond to emergency repairs and perform routine maintenance checks.
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement cost-saving measures.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in maintenance or related field.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using common tools and equipment.
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
