Maintenance & Repairs
- Oversee and coordinate preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance for all building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pool, sauna, and mechanical components.
- Ensure all interior and exterior areas are clean, safe, functional, and presented to Moss brand standards.
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs, inspection reports, service records, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Respond promptly and effectively to urgent maintenance issues to minimize operational disruption.
Technical & Systems Support
- Serve as the on-site point of contact for basic IT and AV support, including troubleshooting Wi-Fi, printers, and conference room technology.
- Cook up with external IT providers for escalated issues, system upgrades, and ongoing support.
- Maintain inventory of technology equipment and support onboarding needs such as workstation setup and access permissions.
- Support the integration, operation, and maintenance of building management systems and smart technology platforms.
Project Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute facility-related projects, including repairs, renovations, and upgrades.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and vendor communications.
- Ensure all projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and aligned with Moss’s operational and brand standards.
Vendor & Staff Management
- Supervise maintenance, janitorial, outsourced security, and facilities support teams.
- Sources, negotiates, and manages vendor contracts for cleaning, security, waste removal, landscaping, and other services.
- Maintains proper inventory for janitorial supplies and required tools for the housekeeping and maintenance department.
Health, Safety & Security
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and coordinate fire drills and emergency preparedness procedures.
- Maintain all required safety certifications and documentation.
- Oversee building access systems and coordinate with security personnel to maintain a safe and secure environment.
Operations, Efficiency & Sustainability
- Monitor facility systems and utilities to improve energy efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Manage facility-related inventory and procurement of supplies, tools, and equipment.
- Implement process improvements that enhance operational effectiveness, sustainability, and long-term asset care.
Compensation and Classification
The annual wage for this position is $100,000.00
