Job Title: Facilities Manager
Location: Austin, TX – Remote
About the role
This position requires a minimum of 7 years of experience as a Facilities Manager, with a minimum of 4 years of experience contracting on IBM Tririga/Maximo products and a minimum of 3 years of experience in Tririga Projects Version 10. Preferred qualifications include experience as a Workplace Reservation Manager and/or a Real Estate Manager.
Responsibilities
- Manage facility operations and maintenance
- Oversee contract management and compliance
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Develop and implement facility improvement plans
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize space utilization
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts
- Support facility planning and design projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Proven experience managing facilities and operations
- Strong knowledge of IBM Tririga/Maximo products and Tririga Projects Version 10
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
