Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management with management/technical emphasis
- 5+ years industry experience required either in a corporate environment, third party service provider, or as consultant
- Strong leadership and management skills with ability to manage both technical and administrative staff
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication/presentation abilities
- Proficient in MS programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Computer proficiency in CMMS systems
- Demonstrated experience in budget development and management
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA preferred
- Experience with capital improvement planning and implementation
- Knowledge of facilities management best practices and innovation programs
- Experience with contractor management and service delivery oversight
- Familiarity with KPI development and performance measurement systems
- Understanding of facilities compliance and safety requirements
- Experience with client relationship management and satisfaction initiatives
